I have owned several H720 & H730s over the last 10 years or so and they have performed very well. I would always buy them again if I lost one or one died after years of constant use. This new one that I purchased only a few days ago was garbage right out of the box. The sound quality was poor for me and especially for the person on the other end. The feel and build quality feels lighter and cheap. The audio prompts from the device when connecting or pairing the phone, etc. have changed and sound cheap. This device feels as if it's a knock-off of the once superior H720s and H730s of a few years ago. Again, I was highly disappointed when I used after receiving it. I am going to get a refund on this device. On the plus side, Prime delivered for free next day.
