I actually like the way this juicer works, its great with wheatgrass. But I'm giving it a terrible review because you CANNOT get parts for this thing! Plus, you can break the juicing parts very easily without meaning to. I juiced like usual, leafy veggies, carrots, etc. and then put in a wedge of lime. For whatever reason, the auger drove this piece in and completely burst the juicing screen's plastic cage. Now, I didn't put a rock down in there, I put a normal fresh lime wedge. IMHO the clutch should have given before the screen cage broke, but that is a design choice. What is bad now, is I've ordered a replacement screen, and Omega is telling me that it could be as much as 3 months before I get my juicing screen again. This is too long! I want to juice now! I'm not going to buy another one just to get the juicing screen! Other suppliers also tell me that every time they get shipments of these screens, they never get as many as they order. Hence there must be something wrong with both the design, and the manufacture of these screens. So, this is my complaint. I have a $300 paperweight! Omega needs to either change the design, or they need to make replacement parts more easily available.
