UPDATE: Since purchasing at the end of May 2020, it has become looser and looser, now it barely stands up, definitely not straight. I contacted the seller & received no help at all! This shouldn’t be falling apart 3 months after purchasing! Especially since I don’t move it around, it stays in the same place! The screws are now stripped, or so I think, because no matter how many times I try to tighten, it won’t. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and more in the sellers/ manufacturers response to me, which was basically “sorry for your luck... but we won’t do anything for you” Then after about a month of messages back and forth between the seller and I, they said they would send me a new one, but it’s been over 3 months and I haven’t received a new one or any responses to my messages. DON’T BUY THIS ONE, I’ve seen others, and they are probably better. I would hope at least the manufacturer’s response would be! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! Ugh At first I loved this, I still do, however it’s loose! No matter how many times I tighten the screws, the top wobbles back and forth. Not sure if I got a bad one or what. I never move it to other places, it just sits on my counter and I place and take my knives from it. But I noticed over time, it keeps getting loose. I can even see a gap in between the top and bottom half. I guess I should’ve exchanged sooner. I am pretty bummed out about it being so wobbly. Other than that, it’s a beautiful accent to my kitchen, strong magnetic hold, and an easy, efficient way to hold and organize my knives hygienically.
