Let me be clear: I love Dewalt. I have nearly all Dewalt tools, most on the 20V platform, so this blower made sense to replace an old 32V Worx blower I've had for years. I got the new Dewalt blower today, popped in a 20V battery (fully charged), and used it to clear grass from the sidewalk in front of my house after mowing the lawn. The blower stopped after LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. So Dewalt, you're telling me I have to change batteries (I have six) every five minutes? Objectively, nothing wrong with the blower, but clearly, the motor used is too much for the 20V system. I need to give some thought to either returning it, or spending $200 to buy a couple 60V Flexvolt batteries, raising the cost of the blower substantially. Disappointing...
