Painfull experiance
The Product have lots of problems
1- It is not detecting properly the status of the device
2- Some devises was identified wrongly
3- Installation for SW Components on windows is done in an indirect way and no alerts on the PC level on the machine
4- the Box management app is only supported for IOS no support for windows or android
5- If you are outside USA don't think about supporting Android the Android protection app is only provided through the USA shop
I think I will pack it back and return it , I was thinking of using it instead of my pc based protection SW but still I am using the other one with additional cost for the box and later for the subscription of the updates
