After posting my review of what happened to the product and after is was too later to return it to amazon for a refund, I was contacted by the seller to apologized for the issue I had with the product, and that they are working on fixing the deffect. The company even offered a replacement without cost to me, but since I already purchase another shower head, I declined their offer. Then they came back and offer me a refund, which was not expected to be honest. That is good customer service and I appreciate that.
