They do not cover either end of the spout holes prior to Spraying the primer on the stainless steel and then painting it so it goes down the spout neck and what looks to be about a inch or more all the way up the inside where you're drinking Water passes through slowly collecting the contaminants from the paint and primer used so it's a vary dangerous issue that's happening Hear this product is being sold as stainless steel which is healthy and that is true but not when it's coated with chemicals on the interior walls to be collected by the fresh water passing thru it simply by not capping off both ends prior to painting. It's a shame anyone else who got a painted one of these ESOW fresh water dispensers please Verify and make sure yours was not the same if so please uninstall for your family's well being.
