Several times I call and I get someone who speaks English but doesn't understand what I'm asking. Very clearly asking what is included in membership but doesn't understand when I ask why I am paying a separate charge for the same thing in my prime membership. Finally after asking 3x to just please transfer me to that department for an explanation. There are so many people who need jobs in the USA that could work from home answering phones. I mean the number always says it's coming from Washington state. Please fix your phone system to go to the country in which you call from.
