I received the box containing the 7021p with no damage. Upon inspecting the mower I noticed it had very little paint on the underside of the deck. Since the deck is steel and subject to rust I spray painted it with a high quality rust resistant paint. I also plan on removing debris from the underside of the deck after each use. I also found that only 3 of the four wheels contact the ground at one time when they are all set to the same detent tab. In other words their is a very signicant back and forth wobble between the front and the back. One wheel is always 1/2 inch from contacting the ground. I could find no noticable assembly problem so I took the mower to a lawn equipment repair company which does Husqvarna warrantly repairs. They took a quick look at it and think the deck may be warped or the rear wheel assembly was improperly attached. Anyway, I am waiting to hear from them the root cause. They also commented on the lack of thickness of the steel used in the deck and it's flimsy characteristics. I'd like to send it back to Amazon but they will not accept lawn mower returns. My advice to potential buyers is to shop for another brand and stay away from this one or you'll be sorry too. 3/6 Update: The authorized warranty repair dealer found the problem. A right axel assembly was installed on the left side (where's their quality control?). It was a very big hassle having it repaired. 3 phone calls to Husqvarna support and 4 to the warranty repair dealer. The repair process stalled when Husqvarna sat on the repair authorization. The warranty repair dealer states that Husqvarna is notoriously slow in warranty authorization. Save yourself the frustration I had and buy another mower.
