I do a lot of research on higher priced items.This item had some good reviews.I got mine today.First,handle a bit hard to install.Thats ok,I got it.Washed before using and assembled.Turn it on to low temp to preheat then went to high,450 degrees.35 minutes later,256 degrees was the highest temp it would go.Turn it off and let it cool.Tried again.256 degrees after another 30 minutes,pure garbage.I will try my best to return for a refund of my money spent on garbage.At least the fan kept workingI have many different thermometers to use,all read the same.Garbage.If the company doesn't like this review..Pay shipping and I will ship it back to you.I would not be opposed to try another shipped at company expense.Too much money to spend on garbage.My 950 watt counter top smokeless that is over 20 years old works better than this garbage.
