BEWARE All was good at first. Worked fine out of the box. Had to use a large tool once to break loose the bottom section to lower the pole. After a fairly windy night I woke up the find the flag pole lying on the ground. The pole had separated and was in three different pieces. It appears that at the bottom of each section the pole is attached to a plastic round piece that locks the section in place. It separated from the plastic pieces in three places. I can't seem to find where to report this to since it is past the date of return.. Very poor design and did not hold up.
