We bought this mattress 3 years ago for our guest room, and it was wonderful. It offered great back support and has held up over the years. We received lots of compliments from our guests. 3 years later we purchased another of the same mattress for our other guest room and the quality difference is night and day. The new mattress is thin and floppy, offering ZERO support. I have the two beds side by side, and aside from the stitching on the surface, the beds are nothing alike. I am a small, 118 lb woman, and the new bed sagged so badly after a single night's sleep, I had to call Amazon for a refund. It is clear the manufacturer started producing a cheaper bed after receiving all the great reviews on Amazon. This mattress deserves zero stars today.
