BUYER BEWARE! This company advertises “free returns” on their product however if the product is too small and fits weird (the V neck is very wide and did not keep me covered in the chest area) they must “approve” the return which they then expect you to pay for the return labels. They also will ask if you would like to keep the dress for a 15% discount (if it doesn’t fit correctly why would I keep it?). I would have never bought this dress if I knew free returns were falsely advertised. I don’t want anyone else to fall into this trap and have to pay to send a product that doesn’t fit back. Amazon has been reported on this 3rd party vendor not adhering to their standards of customer service. Amazon gave them the chance to make this right which they did not.
