When I bought this is was super excited about the flexibility options! After a few cups of coffee, I am really disappointed in this coffee system. We have to use a strainer to brew coffee using the pods otherwise we get all the grounds. We tried using a paper filter, however it doesn’t drain fast enough with the cups and overflows for a big mess. I’ve never had this problem before with another brand this brews single cups. Faulty design somewhere.
