Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I haven't made homemade vanilla in a few years so I was shocked when I saw how much vanilla beans had increased in price. With conflicting reviews I decided to order 3 packs of ten from 3 different companies: 2 Grade A and 1 Grade A/B. Out of all 3 companies these were the smallest, least oily (a few of them were actually almost totally dry) and least aromatic. The weight in order were 1.40 ounces for $31 by far the best quality overall, 0.83 ounces for $25.99 these were the Grade A/B and pretty good all around especially for the price, then these which were 0.62 ounces. For only 10 cents more each the most expensive beans weighed in over twice what these did and were so oily, plump and aromatic that I was able to make 3 bottles of vanilla with those 10 beans versus 1 bottle with these. Overall not very happy with these for the money at all.
