The zinc level of this product is TOO HIGH (at 80mg) and the updated AREDS2 formula has reduced to 25mg only.
Research shown that excessive amount of zinc level may lead to urinary tract infections, kidney stones, incontinence, and enlarged prostate. Do yourself a little research and avoid this product at all cost.
