heats up the bottle fine once you figure out the right minutes to use. it constantly gets brown/rusty and smells burnt!!! it so gross and luckily we use glass bottles so it hasnt melted or tainted the milk. not sure what the issue is. I will clean it and it comes right back. Gets burnt brown residue all over the plastic basket pieces and the whole bottom of the warmer. This shouldnt happen to a product designed to have water heated in it multuple times per day.
