Didn't keep food in the safe zone
It doesn't get cold enough to keep food in the safe zone.
*update* Gourmia contacted me directly and was nice enough to offer amazon credit if I removed my review FIRST. I said I would be happy to alter it to reflect a happy resolution, but service representative felt that wasn't satisfactory to receive a refund. Bribery I don't care for.
