First off, when I received this product, I was very excited to install it. After reading the instructions, When I finally installed it I noticed a streak that is inside the glass which I couldn't remove.. looks like a production flaw. Had a few air bubbles. Then the worst happened. My touch screen went wacko. Volume/touch screen/maps were out of control. After resetting the system failed and after a few hours of my screen going haywire, I removed it. Horrible experience. I want my money back. UPDATE:. I received an email from the seller stating that if I change my review to 5 stars and delete the negative comment, I would receive my refund. I refuse to lead further potential buyers to buy such a unsatisfactory product just so that I can have a refund.. sorry. Not gonna do it. I hope everyone who reads my review thinks twice about buying this product.
