I purchased this carrier based on the positive reviews. Today, I used it for the first time when I took my cat to the vet. At first, I really liked it. My cat seemed to like being able to see out of the top and sides, and she seemed comfortable. Unfortunately, as we were walking through the front door to our house after her appointment, she escaped out of the carrier! At first, I thought I had forgotten to zip one of the zippers, but, when I looked at the carrier, I saw that the mesh had pulled away from the zipper, and that she got out through the opening. I was so thankful that were home when this happened!
