MUST READ THIS REVIEW - Missing key features of a power outage backup light
This item is missing key things that you would expect in a power outage backup light.
1: It does NOT charge batteries when plugged in. In fact, it comes with non-rechargeable batteries.
2: The nightlight feature can be turned off. However, it also turns off the feature that turns on the light when there is a power outage. Otherwise, you are stuck with the nightlight being turned on all of the time when it is dark.
3: The lights are not very bright, at all
