The reason I gave this 2 stars is because yes the product is beautiful but its material it’s not gold,however you can see how they named it “Custom name Personalized Necklace 18k” when I saw the 18k I thought right away that it was gold I did notice that it was too cheap to be gold but I finally noticed when It arrived that it wasn’t and that it would stain after wearing a couple of times. So I asked for a refund, and I returned the item weeks ago maybe even a month and I haven’t heard from the seller or have gotten my refund. Sorry for the paragraph but just thought u guys should know.
