I have tried getting g the cuff right for the past hour and 10 minutes. I have done paramedic course and a tuly know how to measure blood pressure. The cuff simply won’t work. It keeps providing the E1 symbol. The tube does not inflate even the slightest bit. After an hour and 10 minutes, I think the only thing I can think of is calling the company and seeing if they can send a replacement calf. This was the first use out of box!
