Need a sizing chart. If your dog is over 40 lbs, forget it.
I returned it. These harnesses are made for small dogs, 40 pounds or less. Since Amazon doesn't have a sizing chart, here's what I copied from the web:
Size Weight Chest Neck
X-Small 3 - 4 lbs. 11" - 13" 7" - 8"
Small 5 - 7 lbs. 14" - 16" 8" - 10"
Medium 7 - 10 lbs. 16" - 19" 10" - 13"
