BAIT & SWITCH. Now Forces you to pay monthly. Doesn’t work anyways. Being a 2+ year furbo user, this does not make me happy that I Have to pay for features I’ve been using for free for the past two years. I understand having to pay for the cloud, etc. but the features that I purchased this not very cheap unit for should stay free - activity alert, person alert, barking alert. Charge for the new nanny alerts, cloud recording and such. But expecting me to pay $70 dollars a year when I’ve already spent $250+ on this unit alone is ridiculous. I bought this two years ago expecting the features I was utilizing, and now I’m being told to pay for them. Unhappy furbo user, I’ll switch to a baby monitor over this.
