I received this product and assembled it the following day. I woke up the next morning covered in red, itchy welts. I thought they were mosquito bites until the next night I slept in it, when I found a bed bug crawling on my covers. I never had this issue until I received this bed. I also purchased a mattress from Zinus that I slept in for a little over a week before the bed frame arrived. I am not sure how a brand new bed/mattress could come with bed bugs. I have reached out to Zinus customer service by phone and by email and have received no response.
