Ordered a three-switch plate. 6 wires, three on the top, three on the bottom plus a neutral and a ground. Worked for 1 day and then went black. Called their "world class" customer service. He said pull the plate and take photos so we can verify you wired it correctly and if you didn't it's not covered under warranty. I asked what the process was he said we take a bunch of photos, send them in and their experts will determine by looking at the photos if it's our fault or not. Then if it's defective they will issue RMA, and you send it in, after a few weeks you get a new one. So in the mean time you have a bunch of wires hanging out of the wall or you have to put the old switch back. I have 40 years power plant experience in computer controls/electrical/distributed control systems. Think I can handle 3 switches with 2 wires each. Immediately the customer service rep was trying to blame the customer. Very cool for the 20 hours it worked though, just for $400 was hoping to use it a little longer than that.
