TL;DR: Buy a brand that cares about long term support, skip this one The folks who installed the unit took care of it quickly which was great. -- I moved my bed recently and see they dented the hell out of my flooring, 1 star for that. Leg support isn't as high as it could be but it's still really nice, my back really appreciates it so I'm glad I bought this. Lumbar support is too low and would be more accurately called tailbone lift. Pillow adjustment is too high and too narrow to really do much besides crush down on you uncomfortably. Vibration massage is silly but rather nice. Bluetooth speakers are worthless. They're muted and garbled like they're underwater and they only work once after each reboot. I have the bed at max height and have a hardwood floor so it should be ideal conditions for sound quality. An echo Alexa speaker is 10x louder and clearer which is sad, absolutely worthless. The company never answered the phone after repeated attempts over multiple days to reach them and never called back from voicemails left. The android app to control the bed which was a killer feature is incompatible with pixel 7 pro so I can no longer control the bed like I have for years. Buy a brand that cares about long term support. So I absolutely recommend you but an adjustable bed if you have back pain but just buy another brand, one that cares about their products long term viability.
