The Good: I make a lot of macarons at home, and I was most interested in the batter dispenser rather than the mold sheet because it looks easy to insert the batter. It was indeed. I was squeezing pretty little dollops on the sheet within a couple minutes after I finished whipping the batter. It was very easy to control the batter while squeezing the bag, and the sheet kept everything measured and in place. The Bad: The first few cookies were easy to squeeze out, but then it became harder and harder. As I squeezed, the batter started leaving the container through the fill hole rather than the tip which quickly turned into a mess. Like other reviewers have pointed out, it was very hard, if not impossible, to get the last of it out of the squeezer. As for the sheet, all the cookies stuck, so this is not an ideal sheet for finicky cookies. This was a great idea in concept, but it needs some adjustments before it could be used for macarons.
