Product is very easy to install. I used a hole saw, drill, and some foil duct tape. That’s it. Works well and went in easy. It feels well made and the initial hour or so I ran it it produced a smell similar to other brand new electronics upon their first use. It dissipated and never returned. No ozone smell whatsoever. The product is not certified (listed) with any scientific safety organization such as UL. I was led to believe it was and I will be returning it solely because of this. The unit runs at 19-20 watts, measured by my smart plug, which is ideal. It would probably be fine installed and running 24/7/365 but probably just doesn’t cut it. Works great and if you don’t have kids or pets and you have good homeowners insurance go for it. But for my family it isn’t worth the risk.
