This phone's SOS button is on the side of the phone which is a terrible place. The first day of use my husband accidently called 911 twice while using the phone, and one time he had it in his shirt pocket while working and he bent over and it made the call. They took his name and told him if it happened again he could get charged for falsely calling them. Idiotic set up! I would have given it no stars, but I had to rate it somehow for the review. My advice is to get a different phone.
