I would rate this at zero if I could. My mattress did not fully inflate and the pillows did not inflate at all. What little the mattress did inflate, it was uneven so some ends were higher/lower than others and curved up. The pillows stayed flat and hard. I waited over 72 hours for the full inflation period before I called Amazon, since the Nectar chat person disconnected me when I mentioned Amazon. I must say Amazon Customer Service was very helpful so I'm grateful I purchased through them instead of directly from Nectar. One major thing to consider when purchasing something like this is it doesn't go back into the original packaging in the event you need to return it. I waited a couple more days to see if it would inflate more and it did not. I figured I'd sleep on it while I am waiting for it to go away but it was so hard I couldn't sleep at all and had neck/back pain the next day. Thankfully I still have the old mattress that I can use until I replace this with something else. This was such a waste of time and money. The company needs to have better quality control.
