VERY LOUD with poor quality control (listen to video)
First unit that was sent had loud grinding noise, so Touchstone agreed to replace the unit and shipped a new one. The replacement unit started having the same issue after one month of limited operation and the grinding noise is so loud the unit can no longer be used. We designed an entire wall around this fireplace and now we are stuck with a useless box.
