I purchased this item a bit under a year ago. I had never seen legitimate olaplex so I had been under the impression that this was indeed genuine. I must admit, I hadn’t been that impressed with the results it had given me, but none the less, I kept on using it. I thought maybe I just wasn’t using it right or was expecting too much. And it also made me feel better when I bleached my hair that I was using it, even if it did little to nothing like what I thought it would. Today I received my first legitimate olaplex kit and immediately noticed a difference. This olaplex is indeed a fake so please don’t waste your money like I did. Learn from my mistake. I’ve posted a picture of the legit product next to the fake purchased on amazon. The smaller bottle is the real one and the larger bottle is the fake. They are both supposed to be No. 1.
