When I first received this product the Monitor did not turn on at all, Contacted the company they sent a new monitor, Second monitor turns on BUT you have to place your fingers on the screen to see anything, the response from the rep dealing with my problem was " I will present this to the proper personal to have this taken care of. " That was on March 19th no response or fix since, If you want to monitor your progress this product is definately NOT for you or me. UPDATE Received New monitor with new battery, this monitor ran for just over a week then stopped.
