I bought this for back pain and really wanted to like this but it is just different kinds of vibration. The description seems very misleading. Even the control says "knead" but it just vibrates. You can also pick "rolling", which in massage chairs is usually a hard ball that rolls out knots and can be very beneficial. This just vibrates in a "rolling" fashion. Misleading and a disappointment. Why not provide a clear, honest description? You would get fewer returns and fewer unhappy customers.
