I have tried this on all different settings to not hurt and leak all over the place. It is like the water pick part doesnt completely lock into place so it leaks from bottom of the pick. My gums do not bleed when I floss normally, but they do everytime I use this. I dont know if I got a defective device or if all of them leak from the parts that connect.
