I'm a first timer. The ad says "everything you need to make mead". But the instructions contain a whole lot of other items not included. This is basically a gallon jug, cork, 3 piece airlock, yeast nutrient and yeast. The instructions do not apply to just these items. They call for an additional primary fermenting bucket, auto siphon, 4 feet of beverage tubing, flow control tubing clamp, campden tablets, adhesive thermometer, and hydrometer. I don't know what the heck to do with just a jug and some yeast..
