I ordered this renewed FULLY UNLOCK Galaxy S20 Ultra phone on June 21, 2021. the phone looked great when I opened the package, install the new 5G Verzion sim card went through the process to ready the phone for activation. Called Verizon to activate the phone and was informed that the phone was locked and could not be activated. After a few phone calls to unlock the phone I gave up, and returned the phone.I was then informed by thegadgetdeals that they would charge me a restocking fee of $119.30 when I questioned the fee for the locked phone, then they claimed that the phone was scracthed and dented. IT COST ME $119.30 my time to submit SEVERAL FORMS, E-MAILS, AND LETTERS FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I bought two renewed fully unlock Galaxy S20 Ultra phones from Chubbiestech for a little more money, activated them without any issues. These are great phones, the camera on them is unbelievable. If the phone from thegadgetdeals was unlock I would not be writing this negative review about thegadgetdeals.
