We got it yesterday and, after spending two hours troubleshooting it, it still won't connect. I'm waiting on a call back from iRobot Customer Service. For a thousand-dollar vacuum to be unusable out of the box, it's not a great indicator of reliability. People buying items like this are paying for time. Saving time on vacuuming only to put it towards troubleshooting isn't really the goal here. I'll update my review as I progress but, so far, it's not great. Update 1 and Final: After two weeks, we received zero follow-up from iRobot Customer Service and returned it. Bad experience all around.
