Didn't work - right out of box
Received and placed on charger per instructions. It would not charge, instead there was a flashing red light indicating a faulty battery. Contacted Dyson support, no option except to return the entire item.
For $500, it seems you could expect that it would at least work. Pretty pathetic quality control.
