I don't recommend Niagen; chest pain and leg cramps increased after use
As a person with a former history of heart disease, who is now in good health, I tried Niagen after reading its positive reviews, thinking it would increase my stamina, and be beneficial in my quest to remain healthy. After beginning to use it, I, too, started to recall more of my dreams. After about 2 months of use, I experienced mild pressure on my chest, which was relieved by using nitro-glycerin, which I hadn’t had to use in almost a year. At the same time, I also began to experience cramping in my calf muscles during my routine walks and trips to the mall or to the beach with my wife, etc. I've been in good health for many years via Oral Chelation, a regimen of vitamins, Omega 3, exercise, etc. The chest pressure and leg cramps worsened, becoming frequent after about four months of taking Niagen. Anytime something changes for the worse in my health, I go back to the last thing that I started doing differently. That was taking Niagen. I stopped taking Niagen, and the chest pains stopped after two days. The leg cramps have lessened and I believe that they too are clearing up. I can now exercise, work diligently, take walks, etc., without experiencing the symptoms I had while taking Niagen. I don't recommend Niagen due to the impact it seemed to have on my health. I felt I needed to share this experience with potential users or those suffering from similar symptoms who are taking this product.
