The fan won't work this year. It is still within the one year warranty. I called the manufacturer. Kaz Honeywell wants me to pay to ship it back to them despite it not working. They will not reimburse the shipping cost, even if they confirm that the product is not working. The shipping cost is more than the cost of the fan. What is the point of a warranty if you have to lose money to have the warranty honored? Terrible customer service, terrible policie, s and obviously a terrible product that only worked for a few months last summer (in was boxed away from October until May). DO NOT BUY!!!
