When I received this vacuum (on time) it was the only thing for my pool that had worked well right out of the box with no hassles. It was simple to put together and I was able to use it right away. I was very excited and wanted to leave my review immediately and sing its praises. It was easy to use and sucked leaves, dirt and other hard to remove debris from my 15' above ground pool. I decided to wait a few weeks to see if the vacuum continued to work so well. And it did - until the battery stopped charging. I used it for three weeks with much success, but now it's a useless piece of plastic and metal and I have to buy a new pool vacuum. If anyone knows a remedy for this, I'll gladly try it, update my review and change my rating. I want to use this vacuum again instead of taking a chance with another one, but I will not purchase another Intex vacuum.
