I bought two of these note8 and they were from T-MOBILE unlocked. I had to return them because one had a finger print reader that didn't work at all and the other phones ear piece was garbage and I couldn't hear the caller's. The charging ports were a bit dirty for being refurbished and on one of the phones main camera you can tell they did work on it because there was a finger print left on the inside of the glass cover.
