I really want to throw this across the room. I was told that the print quality is excellent. I constantly have lines, and no matter what I do (print at high quality, go through every single maintenance option), nothing works. I also have issues constantly with the paper feed, where the paper wants to go in sideways (even though I have the feeder set up correctly), and there will be black marks on the top or sides of the pages. I understand printers and technology, so please know that this review is not from someone who doesn't have a clue. I would not recommend this printer for the money, unless you just want to print black and white emails or web pages and don't care what they look like. My friend purchased the same printer and returned it.
