I was highly skeptical about the Kayme six layer claim when I pulled this cover out of the box. I immediately noticed it felt very thin and light weight. Nevertheless, I opened it and installed it on my antique truck. I decided to cut a small hole about 1" square to come down over the antenna. BINGO! Barely two layers. There was an outer aluminum fabric layer and then barely a cotton inner layer that looked more like glued on sprayed cotton fibers than an actual layer. I contacted the manufacture/U.S. Distributor and this is what they said in writing (typos and dialog mistakes included); "Dear Customer, our products are composed of six layer of materials. In order to make customers more convenient, we cannot see the six layers. do not worry. Have a nice day." In other words , the OTHER FOUR LAYERS ARE INVISIBLE! The cover also did NOT have the zippered access for entry to the cab nor did it have the reflector strips. Pure garbage cover!
