This car seat is not good at all. We’ve had several and this is the worst one. It is easy to install but the straps are a nightmare. My son is only 34 lbs and there is no way it would fit him much longer. When he fell asleep his head dropped straight down like it never had before. Great idea but the car seat needs some work! We love Britax but just not this one. Capital Kidz is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with on Amazon. I sent back the car seat and never heard anything from them. I messaged them and they said it arrived damaged so they’re only giving me 50% back. It was definitely not damaged when I sent it and I packed it up just as they had it. They said Amazon will refund you the rest. AKA we want to get our share and scam amazon out of their money. Amazon is wonderful and I received my full refund but Capital Kidz is a joke and I will be reporting them.
