I just tried this shake and got half way through and all he** broke loose (literally)! I'm actually having to take a sick day from work because of this product. I have SEVERE stomach cramps, nausea, & sweating. I can't be away from a bathroom for more than a few minutes & by the time you feel the need to go, it's almost too late. You also don't want anyone around when you go - the smell is horrid, like nothing you've smelled before. I wouldn't drink one of these again if someone paid me to! The taste is great, too bad it caused a nuclear war in my gut. I'm not one to write a review but this is so awful, that I feel I need to warn the world so nobody feels the way I do.
