From the wife. What I like. I love the comfort. They are just a tad snug when you first get them, and within a few days, they are fitting your feet perfectly. Within a couple of weeks, they fit so well, you don't want to wear anything else. Now the bad. What looks like real stitching of the boot to the sole is just fake. I've had these boots for 9 months and for the third time, the fake stitching and part of the sole has separated. One boot did this on each side. Now the other boot has done this (see the picture above). I used a super strength gorilla glue, and had to repeat the gluing process on one of the separations on the other boot. This time, I have sought out a professional boot repair person. All he can do is glue it like I have. He has better glue he says. Probably better skills. The finish on the leather is of poor quality as well, and these boots need polishing constantly. I'm using a really expensive, high quality polish, but as you can see in the picture, the finish is cracking. It is disappointing, because these are not cheap. You buy a boot like this with the thought that you are buying quality, and they are going to last you a while. I wear these around the house and out shopping with my jeans. Its not like I'm trying to use them for something they weren't meant to be used for. I'll continue to try and repair them until I can't because the fit and comfort is so great, but I'm not going to pay this much money in the future for something of this quality. There are other boots out there that can give me comfort.
